Jackie wore a gorgeous strapless gown, opera-length gloves, and a triple strand of pearls to attend the “April in Paris” Ball at the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Money raised during the gala helped benefit several French-American philanthropist organizations, as well as a French hospital in New York.
