Nikke jiggly butt physics perfectly recreated by model kit enthusiast… with a twist

Popular mobile game Goddess of Victory: Nikke is known for its big butts. However, one model kit enthusiast decided to take things further by replicating the bouncing behinds of the game’s curvy anime girls as they shoot and duck in and out of cover. In an interesting twist, they used a Gundam plastic model kit. The video of their twerking Gundam has since earned over 13 million views and 59,000 shares.

Post translation: (HG Gundam) Aerial model completed! I’m pleased that I was able to create the wobbling movement just as I had imagined by using springs to connect the joints, legs and butt. This is my first modified Gunpla and I’m glad that it turned out well!

X user Kokebanana was inspired to create the moving model by some fan art of a Gundam sporting Nikke-style butt physics. Soezy, the artist behind the parody illustration, reposted Kokebanana’s video, amused that someone had decided to recreate the image in model form.

Post translation: So that thing that I drew is now in 3D and moving lol

Model maker Kokebanana revealed that they used a mixture of four products to create the twerking Gundam, namely Bandai’s HG Gundam Aerial kit and a connectable display base for the ground and wall. The bouncing booty was made by combining Kotobukiya’s bottoms white part with a 3-speed axel gearbox from Tamiya.

It seems to be a simple yet clever way to recreate Nikke’s butt physics in real life. Many commenters praised the model maker for their genius idea, and the inventiveness and skill it took to pull it off. Among all the amused reactions, the comments also indicate that there is demand for a Goddess of Victory: Nikke and Gundam collaboration. Seeing as Nikke has done collaborations with franchises as far apart as Re: Zero and Dave the Diver, a Gundam crossover doesn’t seem too improbable.
