Following stops in Copenhagen and New York, Teen Vogue‘s Fashion Month journey continues to London Fashion Week, where plenty of inspiration was to be had both on the runway and on the streets. From September 13 until September 17, London became the fashion capital du jour, welcoming guests from all over the world to enjoy a taste of its trademark non-conformity.
On the runway, established brands like Burberry and J.W. Anderson continued to wave the flag for British craftsmanship, with celebs like Charli XCX, Normani, Barry Keoghan, and more watching from the stands. There was also plenty of space for newness this spring-summer 2025 season in the British capital: S.S. Daley officially ventured into womenswear territory under the watchful eye of both Anna Wintour and Harry Styles, and new and up-and-coming designers filled the schedules with innovation thanks to a new partnership with Pull&Bear.
This season, the British Fashion Council (BFC) announced the Spanish brand had been tapped as the official sponsor for the BFC NEWGEN project, which was once home to Alexander McQueen, Grace Wales Bonner, Jonathan Anderson, Craig Green, and more. The new partnership puts the spotlight on emerging talent, with Pull&Bear supporting designers with both mentorship and financial resources. This season’s NEWGEN designers included Chet Lo, Lueder, Masha Popova, Paolo Carzana, Sinéad O’Dwyer, Karoline Vitto, and more. (Stay tuned for more emerging talent you need to know from the major four fashion capitals soon.)
No matter what show guests were attending this season, the street style at LFW emphasized practicality and comfort. Attendees traded platforms and heels for comfy boots, flats, and sneakers. Monochrome outfits and denim on denim reigned supreme, while statement bags and accessories made for a needed focal point.
