NICIA to present Baddies Who Brunch event • Northwest Indiana Business Magazine

The Northwest Indiana Creative Investors Association is hosting its annual Baddies Who Brunch Real Estate Edition on Oct. 20.

Local real estate leaders Binika Henderson and Crystal Johnson of Northwest Indiana Creative Investors Association will lead the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about a variety of real estate topics.

Tashera Simmons will serve as the keynote speaker. Simmons is an author and motivational speaker. She is also a Gary real estate investor.

The event will feature presentations from professionals in the real estate industry. Attendees will have opportunities for networking. Everyone from seasoned professionals to those just starting their careers are invited to attend.

Topics will include:

  • How to invest in real estate
  • Business credit and funding
  • Property tax lien sales
  • Property management
  • Work/life balance
  • Self-care and health
  • Love and real estate
  • Maintaining business relationships

The Northwest Indiana Creative Investors Association is comprised of Northwest Indiana real estate investors and people supplying services to the real estate market. Members are from Lake, Porter and La Porte counties in Indiana and surrounding counties in Illinois and Southwest Michigan. The association was founded in 2003 to share information and experiences and learn from other members.
