For pop princess Sabrina Carpenter, the devil is always in the details. Just see her recent risqué tour outfits – from custom Victoria’s Secret lingerie, to Ludovic de Saint Sernin two-piece sets and Frolov corsets – which have created quite a spectacle.
Everyone knows, however, that a striking outfit isn’t complete without a matching manicure. Eagle-eyed Carpenter fans will have noted the special red heart nail art that aligned with her fifth album, Emails I Can’t Send. For her new album, Short n’ Sweet, it’s all about the kiss emoji, a look that her manicurist Zola Ganzorigt has translated into cute nail art.
When creating the look, Ganzorigt used “two coats of OPI Bare My Soul and topped it with OPI Tin Man Can chrome powder to create a glazed effect,” she tells Vogue. “Then I added kiss mark stickers on some nails. We talked about what would work well for her tour manicures, then came up with the idea together.”
Cute and easy to try at home, keep your eyes peeled for subtle changes on Carpenter’s nails as the pair are “thinking of similar nail designs for the rest of her tour.” In the meantime, get the look here:
