Chelsea’s custom nail work seemingly brought luck for the Dodgers All-Star slugger as Freddie Freeman etched his name into the history books after a walk-off grand slam in to end Game 1 of the Fall Classic in the Dodgers’ favor.

Freddie joined Kirk Gibson as the only other Dodger to hit a walk-off home run. However, he is the first player in MLB history to hit a walk-off grand slam.

Chelsea and Freddie have been married since 2014 after dating for nearly three years. The couple has three children, all sons, Charlie, Brandon John and Maximus Turner.

Freddie Freeman’s wife Chelsea rocks up to Dodger Stadium for World Series Game 1

Chelsea Freeman has been a pillar of support for the Dodgers first baseman and has featured at all ballparks in the postseason to root for her husband.

She was at the Dodger Stadium for the World Series Game 1 on Friday along with her three sons. Chelsea shared an Instagram post with her three sons in Dodgers colors. Chelsea held her youngest, Maximus, in her arms, who is still recovering from a rare neurological disorder, Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Earlier this month, Chelsea updated her Instagram followers on the condition of Max, sharing that he was recovering better than expected. Maximus faced trouble walking after he was diagnosed with the disorder in August and was admitted to a pediatric ICU.

Meanwhile, Freddie Freeman remained committed to the team’s postseason journey, playing through an ankle issue in the championship series against the New York Mets. He will look to add a second World Series ring to his resume this season after giving the Dodgers a 1-0 lead in the Fall Classic.
