Burnt orange is the sophisticated Halloween nail trend to try

Summer is coming to a close (did it really happen?) which means we are in full autumnal mode. No, it’s not cold enough for chunky knitwear yet but since pumpkin latte season is here, the evenings are getting darker and leaves are slowly turning a crispy shade of crimson, you may want to try this Halloween-inspired nail trend.

It’s called burnt orange nails and, if you ask us, this is probably the chicest way to do your Halloween nails. We know, we know, Halloween-inspired nail art is all over social media at the moment but not all of us want anything too witchy, black or morbid – so this is the ideal compromise.

Daisy Kalnina, founder of The GelBottle, tells GLAMOUR, “For me the colour orange immediately conjures visions of pumpkins, falling leaves and Halloween. We saw that ‘rust’ was a trending colour that promoted luxury and classic design. This felt perfect as a signature colour for our Autumn/Winter Glamourati collection so I created Ignite to elevate this autumnal, quiet luxury appeal with a deeper, more burnt orange. Ignite gives a Halloween nail look an element of sophistication, while still staying true to the heart of the holiday and time of year.”
