A 64-YEAR-OLD fitness influencer has shared the booty-burning exercises she swears by.
She said the simple routine helps to keep her bum lifted after 50.

The influencer squatted weights as she broke down her glute routine.
“Want to keep that booty tight and lifted after 50?” she said.

“Try these two booty-burning exercises,” she said, recommending 15-20 reps for four sets.
Moving on to mat exercises, she lifted one leg and rotated onto her other side, making sure to keep her butt off the floor.
Like the first exercise, she recommended 20 reps for a set of four.
