4 Vehicle Lifters Held | Mysuru News

Mysuru: Four persons have been arrested on the charges of vehicle lifting by the Mysuru city police.
The city police on Monday said that the incident came to light after they detained two persons on suspicion while they were riding two vehicles without registration plates in Metagalli police limits.
Their arrests have helped cops solve nine cases of vehicle thefts reported in Mysuru city, Mandya and Hassan districts, the police stated in a release.All the stolen vehicles have been recovered from them, it added. According to an estimate given by police, the total worth of vehicles recovered from them is Rs 6 lakh. Metagalli police said they cracked the network of inter-district vehicle lifters after they detained two of them near Manipal Hospital junction. TNN
