It might be October, but Addison Rae is on a bikini-posting roll lately. And the latest one might just be her coolest look yet.
The 22-year-old just dropped a bunch of pics on Instagram of herself in a sequined string bikini that is truly incredible. First, there’s Addison cracking up as she dances around in the suit with a knit scarf, flashing her toned abs and sculpted legs. Then, you can swipe to see Addison mid-sentence as she puts those epic abs on full display, and again as she struts forward while giving the camera a fierce look.
âđșđșđșđȘ©đȘ©,â she wrote in the caption. And her friends and fans wasted no time in cheering her on in the comments. âAddison Rae = perfect woman,â one said, while another simply wrote, âobsessed.â

Unfortunately, this confident queen doesnât share a ton of details on her workout routine, but sheâs dropped little snippets here and there. Late last year, the Daily Mail snapped pics of Addison doing squats at the gym before hopping on the treadmill.
Sheâs also a fan of celebrity-loved gym DOGPOUND. The gym’s Instagram account even shared a BTS video on Instagram from one of Addison’s workouts in 2021. In the video, you can see her doing weighted leg lifts, rope slams, jumping jacks with ropes, and more leg lifts with ankle weights. She also targeted her booty with leg circles, leg extensions, and pulses.
And if you want to work your booty like Addison, you’re in luck, because she shared her six-minute butt workout with Kourtney Kardashian for Poosh back in 2020. During the workoutâwhich, BTW, Addison said âburns so badââthe two did leg lifts, fire hydrants, donkey kicks and fire hydrant extensions as they chatted.
Also in the mix? Pilates. Addison dropped a little snippet last year of herself in a Pilates class, using a ring to do thigh squeezes.
