Adele has revealed she has a ‘rock solid booty’ after training ‘like an athlete’ ahead of upcoming Munich residency, that will see her walk ‘four or five miles a night’ on stage.

The songstress, 36, kicks off her 10-date run at the custom-built Munich Messe stadium on Friday and said she been working out ‘like a crazy person’ to prepare for playing the ‘f*****g enormous’ concerts.

Adele has also unveiled a €35 ticket offer for fans as well as some surprising merch that will be available at the custom built 80,000 seat Messe Munich Stadium. 

Speaking at one her Weekends with Adele Las Vegas shows, she spilled: ‘I am back at my gym grind like nobody’s business, I am doing two or three sessions a day.

‘My a**e is getting rock solid again! I can move mountains with my bum. I have been working out like a crazy person. The reason that I am working out like I’m an athlete again is because that stage is f****** enormous’.

Before adding: ‘I am back at my gym grind like nobody’s business, I am doing two or three sessions a day’. 

Adele has also said that at her own request she had told organisers to built a special stage that would let her connect with the crowd.

Saying: ‘I was like “build me a stage out in the crowd”,  And they were like “Well, we can’t get you there unless you walk there on a stage”‘

‘[So] I think I’ll get a good four or five miles in a night, walking. So I really need to get my stamina up!’.

Meanwhile Adele unveiled German sweet brand Haribo have created personalised sweets to purchase at her concerts. 

Tasking to Instagram the Grammy winner snaps of the heart shaped gummy sweets in bags that read ‘Love Adele’.

Writing: ‘Haribo made me my very own pack of sweets for me, you’ll be able to grab a pack in the merch stores in Munich if you have a sweet tooth like me! Not long to go now’.

Ahead of the first show it was announced that some lucky fans would be able to snap up tickets for just €35 in a lucky dip via Ticketmaster.

But the concertgoer will not know where they will be seated or standing until the day of the gig.

A listing on the site reads: ‘Location of the ticket will be allocated the day of show, anywhere from the back row to standing in the front.

‘€35 per ticket, inclusive of all fees, the location cannot be changed once allocated.

‘Maximum purchase of 2 tickets per person, tickets must be collected from the box office in person, day of show.

‘Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. There are a very limited number of Lucky Dip tickets available each week, when they are gone, they are gone!’

Adele In Munich, Adele’s second concert residency and first European show since 2016, kicks off on August 2 and will end on August 31. 

An insider told The Sun: ‘Adele has been working on what to do in Munich since April. She wants to converse with the crowd in German.

For both residencies, the associated Adele album is 30, her fourth, released in 2021 and certified 4x platinum.

30 made Adele the first artist to win album of the year at the BRIT Awards three times. 

The album’s lead single Easy On Me became Adele’s longest-running number one on the UK and US charts.
