CBS Sports reporter Amanda Balionis has shared the “best way to start the weekend” with her Instagram followers, showing off her impressive fitness levels.
The 39-year-old has a huge following on social media, where she regularly shares updates about her career and personal life. Yesterday, she said that she had an excellent start to her day with a morning booty and barbells workout at the Mavericks Beach Club in San Diego.
The reporter who is known for her coverage of the NFL and the PGA Golf Tour, resides in San Diego, but is frequently on the road, sharing posts from locations all over the world.
In the Instagram story, which featured a selfie of Balionis looking fired up, she wrote: “The best way to start the weekend, thank you @bootybybarbells_sandiego and @mavericksbeacjclub for the holiday vibes.”
The CBS Sports reporter traded the golf course for the football field this summer, as she accepted a full time position covering the NFL games. However, she recently confirmed that she will be welcoming back golf when the 2025 PGA Tour begins in January. She has been working for CBS since 2018.
Along with her passion for sports, Balionis also has a deep love for animals, particularly dogs, and is the founder of Puppies & Golf – a non-profit organization that advocates for and protects rescue dogs, and helps people understand the benefits of having a dog. The foundation was promoted by Irish golfer Rory McIlroy among many others.
