- When it comes to her workouts, Elizabeth prefers to get active in the great outdoors, and has been known to work up a sweat gardening and logging.
If the end of summer has you wishing you could rewind back to June, you’re certainly not alone. But luckily, Elizabeth Hurley is here to make sure the summer vibes don’t fade just yet. The actress, 58, shared new Instagram photos that showed her soaking up some sun on a patio in one of her favorite turquoise bikinis. The cute suit, which has chain accents, also helped show off her toned abs, legs and booty.
“#indiansummer 💗,” she captioned the pics. Obviously, her sunny post got lots of love from her famous friends and followers. “Gorgeous! Summer is not over till it’s over 🔥🔥,” one follower wrote, and another added, “Looking INCREDIBLE!! 🫶☀️.”
This was hardly her first bikini moment this summer. In fact, Elizabeth is well-known for her epic bikini pics. Case in point:
The look definitely highlighted how super-strong the actress is these days, so if you’re curious to know more about Elizabeth’s health and wellness routines, Women’s Health has got you covered. The first thing to note is that Elizabeth is *not* a fan of the gym, and she actually prefers to get her movement in while going about her day.
“I don’t really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health.
Some activities that are on the workout list include getting active in her garden. “I love getting muddy and hacking down things with my chain saw,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. And it looks like Elizabeth got extra busy with that chain saw during the pandemic:
And she makes sure to get moving outside regardless of the season or weather. “I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer,” Elizabeth previously told Women’s Health. “Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing.”
On the food front, Elizabeth keeps her diet simple, and tries to keep her snacking to a minimum. “My philosophy is eat well, eat enough three times a day, and stop snacking,” she shared with Women’s Health.

For Elizabeth, that means fully partaking in her favorite foods, especially around the holidays. “I love roast turkey, roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Christmas puddings, and mince pies. I love all of it,” she told WH. “I’m quite greedy by nature, and we always have a rule at Christmas that no one’s allowed to be on a diet … We just eat anything we want, and it’s great.”
Get it, Elizabeth!
