Longtime MoCo resident Tris Le will be opening a full service nail salon, Tlux Nail Lounge, at 8785 Georgia Avenue at the Atwell Silver Spring (next to the upcoming MOM’s Organic Market). Tlux Nail Lounge is aiming for a Fall 2024 opening.
Le tells us Tlux Nail Lounge will “offer all types of manicures, artificial nails, spa pedicure and waxing.” She had owned a salon in Chevy Chase Circle in DC called 5606 Nail Spa and is currently a DC licensed cosmetology instructor. Le had been in the nail industry for more than 15 years, winning 1st place for Nail Art in the global competition Nailympia.
“I have lived in Silver Spring since I was a young kid. I am so familiar with the downtown area and my dream is to bring a good vibe to the neighborhood.” Le tells us. “I’ve done a research that there is no other nail salon in the area specializing in nail art and luxurious spa.
