Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the greatest in fitness to create all kinds of at-home workouts. (Seriously, we’ve got a ton to try on our YouTube channel). So we thought it would be fun to look back through the Poosh archives and pull out the very best workouts we’ve shared. 

We’re kicking things off with—what else—our butts. An easy choice, as basically the only thing we love as much as matcha is a killer booty burn.

Bridget O’Carroll, founder of Studio Qila, the first Indigenous-owned digital fitness studio, leads us through a short and effective HIIT butt workout using sliders or socks.

Bridget also created this quickie no-equipment butt workout that can be done pretty much any place, any time. It’s got a blend of bilateral (both sides) and unilateral (one side at a time) moves designed to strengthen glutes and help us get a perkier posterior.
