We already know Blue Ivy Carter can spot the latest fashion trends of the season and the hottest up-and-coming brands. Now, it seems like she is reasserting her place in the beauty world, just like her grandmother Tina Knowles, who is swapping her scissors and instead sitting in the beauty salon chair for the prodigy.
On April 14, Knowles shared an adorable video of Carter helping her do her eyebrows. In the clip, Knowles tells the camera, “My beauty guru and manager Ms. Blue Ivy Carter has instructed me that I needed to dye my eyebrows,” citing grays. And although we don’t see Carter in the shot, we do see her fittingly blue-manicured hands working diligently to cover the strands of her grandmother’s eyebrows with tint.
Though they didn’t show us the full process, they did show the results, and the eyebrow reveal did not disappoint. Knowles told the camera, “I can’t get over them. I can just get up and go.”
Knowles explained, “Usually I have to get up and put eyeshadow in my brows, but look at these hands, look at these hands, look at these hands, these magical hands by the Blue Ivy Carter.”
We are indeed looking at her hands, and as Knowles points out, especially the adorable blue French manicure. As if swapping the signature white tips for blue tips wasn’t chic enough, she also opted for nail art and gems, truly living up to the maximalist nail trend. However, this wouldn’t be the first time Carter gave us an idea to take to the nail salon. She also gave us the perfect set for Valentine’s Day when she accompanied her parents to the Grammys. Those were also trendy French tips, but instead of changing the classic colors, she opted to add adorable little hearts to them.
