Cardi B and her husband Offset are living their best lives in Las Vegas. The “Up” rapper, 30, shared an Instagram video of herself rocking an orange thong bikini while dancing and twerking in a private rooftop pool to the couple’s song “JEALOUSY.” And her booty has literally never looked stronger.
“What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas 😜,” she captioned the video. Her fans popped off in the comments section, cheering her on. “😍😍😍,” one person commented. “🔥🔥🔥🔥,” another wrote.

“I’ve been working out lately for two hours a day and then I stretch for an hour,” she said in the video. The workout she shared included lots of battle rope work, weighted jumping jacks, and cable machine work, followed by stretching. “I want to be able to be as flexible as I was before I had my son, but my real goal is I want to be as stretchable and flexible as I was when I was a stripper.” (ICYMI, Cardi used to work as a stripper at a club in New York City’s TriBeCa neighborhood.)
Of course, Cardi keeps things realistic, and says that it will take some time to get there. “But you can’t build Rome in a day,” she said.
In the video, Cardi opened up about the fact that she’s had plastic surgery (she’s been very open about this in the past, too, and has talked about some painful complications she’s experienced from her surgeries), but emphasizes that working out regularly is still super important for her overall health.
“A lot of people are so ignorant, like ‘why are you working out, you have lipo,'” she said. “But there’s this thing called visceral fat, and visceral fat is the fat that surrounds your organs that you cannot lipo. That’s why sometimes girls with lipo will have a snatched waist with a gut, and they’re not working out their visceral fat, they just keep eating and eating; your waist is small, but they still got a belly. That’s why you gotta work it out.”
When it comes to her diet, Cardi shared that she went vegan during her first pregnancy.“Gotta’ eat a lil’ bit more healthy and see what the f**k is up,” she said in an Instagram Story, per Live Kindly. “[It’s my] first time eating vegan, y’all. I hope I don’t waste my money. There’s a burrito and there’s a pancake.”
