“Doesn’t excuse you”: Baddies Midwest fans divided over Biggie and Ahna’s take on “defending” themselves

Baddies Midwest’s fifth episode, which aired on November 24, 2024, featured an emotional conversation between Damerlin “Biggie” Baez and Ahna Mac. While the duo discussed their take on “defending” themselves, Latifa “Tesehki” Malone and Diamond The Body were also present.

Ahna told Biggie about how she needed to defend herself so that “nobody” would disrespect her and Ahna. As she tried telling Biggie about this, she also asked Diamond to help her tell Biggie what she was trying to say.

Later, Diamond also told Biggie how Ahna wanted her to “defend” herself; by that, she didnt mean getting into “physical” fights. But Biggie misunderstood what their fellow cast members were saying.

Seeing how Ahna and Diamond were telling Biggie to be there for herself and Ahna, too, Baddies Midwest fans took to social media platform X to share their take on the situation.

Some fans favored Biggie, while a few supported Ahna, who said she wanted Biggie to defend herself and stand up for herself.

A fan commented on how Biggies boyfriend passed away recently, however, she should have defended Ahna,

“My condolences for Biggie’s BF passing away but that doesn’t excuse you from not defending Ahna. #BaddiesMidwest”

Another fan shared on X,

“I get it that biggie hurting but please like they said defend yourself . You literally talk shit and big shit when Teski or ahna behind u and then hide when people wanna confront u . #BaddiesMidwest.”

A Baddies Midwest fan criticized Ahna for “picking” on Biggie,

“Not Ahna calling biggie her “sister” but every chance she get picking her apart in front of cameras & bitches they dnt even know , especially knowing Biggie going thru it & her bf just died.. Couldnt be my sister ! She rlly a weirdo #BaddiesMidwest.”

Another fan commented about Biggie,

“Diamond and tinkabella irritating me … biggie need to go home. I dont like how Ahna always trying to press her you weird . Pretty p bye. Summer is a ki. #baddiesmidwest.”

One more fan shared about how Biggie is a “laid back” person,

“#baddiesmidwest Ahna my whole thing with that is you know biggie is quiet laid back and not a fighter ! So of course your gonna jump up and ride for her it isnt reciprocated (unless its needed) because she isnt like that!! DUHHHHHHH.”

A Baddies Midwest fan shared on X,

“Everybody on the cast, including Ahna, owe Biggie an apology.. I agree that popping her mouth and not wanting to squabble @ the Caribbean reunion was wack but losing someone you love is a different type of pain; I know the heaviness shes carrying #BaddiesMidwest.”

One more fan wrote about Ahna checking on Biggie and caring for her,

“I’m glad ahna finally checking biggie #BaddiesMidwest.”

Baddies Midwest Episode 5: Ahna told Biggie to “defend” herself

Baddies Midwest’s fifth episode featured a conversation between Ahna Mac, Diamond, Biggie, and Tesehki. Ahna was trying to tell Biggie to take a stand, defend herself, and defend Ahna if needed.

“I’m not telling you to fight. You’re not getting it. I want you to f****** defend yourself, my nigga. B****** is having that shit to us. And then you gonna get in front of everybody talking about nobody ever fought for you, been there for you,” shared Ahna.

However, Biggie thought that Ahna was telling her to get involved in a physical fight, which she didnt want to. To clarify the misunderstanding, Ahna asked Diamond to help with the conversation.

Baddies Midwest star Diamond told Biggie that Ahna didnt mean having back through a “physical” fight, but by supporting her.

“You dont have to actually fight,” shared Diamond.

Diamond also told the cameras that Biggie had been “acting weak” and was not standing up for herself. Later in the segment, Biggie got emotional and shared how she had been dealing with “all the stuff” and things that had happened to her.
