Case in point: The star just shared the workout that’s been keeping her “Bongos” right and tight on Instagram, and her fans were all over it.
The 28-year-old rapper said she’d taken a week off from the gym, but was back to build up her booty. “Hottiesss get ready 😈 but yesss we back at it HAPPY MONDAY 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽” Meg captioned the video before dropping all the workout details.
But before I get into the *exact* workout, let’s take a moment for all the hype from her followers. “Come TF ON, Meg!!!! You got me fiiiiired up with this!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍” wrote one follower. Another added, “Sis is really holding it down for natural bodies and fit bodies!!❤️❤️❤️”
In the video, Megan shares that she was focused on HIIT workouts for the last few years because she was trying to lose weight. But now, she’s all about sculpting that booty with the help of her trainer.
She begins the workout with single-leg supported deadlifts while holding a kettlebell to fire up her hamstrings. Then, Meg moves on to single-leg hip thrusts on an incline.
After, Megan squats down slowly with her heels elevated on a weight. She holds the squat for five seconds before dropping all the way down, then coming back up. “I know you see that motherf*cking muscle in my thighs popping and percolating,” Meg says in the voiceover.

The next clip shows Megan standing on two blocks so she is slightly elevated while she does more squats. This time, she’s holding her dumbbell for a set of 12 repetitions.
This exercise helps build the muscles on the back of her butt, she says. Finally, she finished this epic set with some hip dip planks, which target the core and the obliques.
While Megan doesn’t share a ton about her diet, she shared a photo of some salmon, sweet potatoes, kale, avocado, and tomatoes that she ate after her workout. Yum!
