ICYMI, Ellie Goulding just kicked off her latest singing tour, and based on the pics from her stop in Dublin, the pop star is thriving on the road. Ellie, 36, rocked out on stage, showing off her stamina and strength as she jumped around and belted out her hit songs.

In the pics and video that she posted to Instagram, Ellie was wearing tiny briefs, tights, and a see-through green shirt as she took the stage. And she is, without a doubt, absolutely glowing, and seems to be having the time of her life as she performs for her fans.

Ellie has also been candid about her struggle with overexercising in the past, talking about how it harmed her mental and physical health. However, this ultimately lead her to overhaul her wellness routines, she told Body and Soul.

Part of Ellie’s ongoing healing involves examining the ways she moves her body. Rather than running miles on the treadmill, as she did in the past, she opts for gentle yoga, a walk in the park, or breathwork when she’s feeling stressed.

“Only when I felt well rested, had eaten properly, and felt like I had the necessary reserves of energy would I allow myself to go all out with a fast run or HIIT session,” she shared with the outlet.
