Here’s a look at this week’s biggest premieres, parties and openings in Los Angeles and New York, including events for The Iron Claw, The Marvels and Wish.
The Marvels special screening
Director Nia DaCosta, producer Kevin Feige, executive producers Mary Livanos and Jonathan Schwartz, and composer Laura Karpman attended a special screening event for The Marvels in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Two days later, after the end of the actors strike when SAG-AFTRA reached a new deal with the studios and streamers, star Iman Vellani made an appearance alongside DaCosta at a special screening event in Los Angeles.
The Iron Claw premiere
Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Harris Dickinson and Stanley Simons joined filmmaker Sean Durkin at the world premiere of their wrestling film in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday.
Wish premiere
Disney celebrated musical comedy Wish on Wednesday night in Hollywood, with writer-producer Jennifer Lee, directors Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn, producers Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones, songwriters Julia Michaels and Benjamin Rice and composer Dave Metzger.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
Sheryl Crow, Kate Bush, Rage Against the Machine, George Michael, Missy Elliott, Willie Nelson and The Spinners were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in NYC on Nov. 3, with plenty of support from their A-list friends.
Patrón el Alto Rock & Roll Hall of Fame party
Patrón el Alto celebrated Missy Elliott as she became the first female hip-hop artist to ever be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Elliott’s friends, including H.E.R., Miguel and LL Cool J, also showed up for the party.
New York Diwali Gala
The fourth annual New York Diwali Gala took place in NYC on Nov. 3, with this year’s celebration co-chaired by Preet Bharara, Radhika Jones and Kal Penn. The event raised funds for the Asian American Writer’s Workshop and welcomed guests including Huma Abedin, Jenna Lyons, Ariana DeBose, Wes Gordon, Benj Pasek and Ronan Farrow.
To the Rescue! Gala
Amy Sedaris and Justin Theroux hosted the annual To the Rescue! gala, supporting the work of the Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International, on Nov. 3 in NYC.

Kids in the Spotlight for Annual Film Awards
Kids In The Spotlight, which empowers youth impacted by the foster system to heal from trauma through the power of storytelling and filmmaking, held its annual awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Saturday with longtime supporter Ty Burrell.
PSV Sneaker Soireé
Private School Village hosted its annual PSV Sneaker Soireé on Saturday to support its mission of supporting Black and brown families in private schools. CFDA Awards

Only Make Believe Gala
On Monday, Brooke Shields was honored by Only Make Believe, which creates interactive theater with professional actors for children in hospitals, special education schools and care facilities. The event was hosted by Justin Guarini and raised $850,000 to support the group’s mission.
