Pop-ups now come in all shapes and sizes and this one takes on a new slant. Sellier has partnered with high-end fashion retailer Flannels which is giving the luxury resale platform a physical presence in the run up to Christmas and beyond.
And it’s not one but two pop-ups, opening within the Flannel’s Liverpool flagship and its Glasgow Cruise stores for the first time “giving the regional customer access to some of the most coveted pre-loved luxury accessories on the market from brands like Chanel and Hermès”.
The stores will include a curated collection of rare handbags and accessories from the brands, and also included will be pre-loved pieces from Dior and Louis Vuitton. The collection has been handpicked exclusively by Sellier co-founder and CEO Hanushka Toni, in partnership with Flannels.
Toni said of the collaboration, which runs until 14 January: “[This] really aligns with our vision of making luxury accessible to everyone. Outside London, the UK’s key cities are largely underserved by top luxury brands… and Flannels [has] really been at the forefront of elevating the shopping experience for customers throughout the UK.
“Rather than having to travel long distances to get a look in, shoppers will be able to shop an exciting collection of the best rare handbags and accessories in a much more accessible way.”
She noted each item is inspected by a team of in-house authenticators as well as it using AI authentication technology from Entrupy.
