MONROE, La. (KNOE) – ULM football head coach Bryant Vincent named General Booty as the starting quarterback for Thursday’s season opener against Jackson State. The Oklahoma transfer appeared in two games in two seasons with the Sooners. Prior to that, the Shreveport native threw 27 touchdowns and 11 interceptions at Tyler Junior College.
