Hailey Bieber’s confirms the latest nail trend for winter

The past couple of years have seen Hailey Bieber promoted to the internet’s nail muse, sporting an array of covetable manicures that have sent social media into a frenzy with each new gourmet-inspired look. Right on cue for the winter season, the model has just shared a look at her new cinnamon-glazed manicure.

The brand founder and model doesn’t miss an opportunity when it comes to marketing. Bieber has tied in her new manicure with the latest Rhode campaign, celebrating the launch of her Cinnamon Roll Peptide Lip Tint with a glimpse of her glistening, glazed cinnamon nails.

The manicure appears be a hybrid of the cat-eye trend that gained popularity last year, and the glazed-donut nail that Bieber has become synonymous with. The result, a sumptuous, shimmering cinnamon shade with her signature glass-like finish.

The dual launch of the Rhode campaign and Bieber’s new nails proved to be a recipe for success, with followers imploring her nail artist Zola Ganzorigt to share the details of the manicure. Ganzorigt obliged, posting a step-by-step tutorial to her social media where she credited OPI’s Cliffside Karaoke, a warm brown shade, mixed with a velvet magnifying powder and finished with OPI’s Super Gloss No Wipe top coat, as the hero products used to create the look.

Bieber’s cinnamon glazed manicure lends itself to the wider winter nail trend that celebrates warm chocolate hues in glassy finishes, with ‘hot chocolate nails’ and ‘brown chrome nails’ noted as breakout trends on Google.

Celebrity manicurists and leading nail artists have also pledged to the trend, including Selena Gomez’s nail artist Tom Bachik, opting for cosy browns and coffee-inspired chrome hues, which deliver a classic look on both short and long nail lengths.
