How To Take Care Of Your Nail Art And Extensions On Holi 2024: Before And After Tips

Whether you have got nail art done on your natural nails or you opted for extensions, either way, it is very important to apply some care tips before you begin the celebrations of Holi. this is because the colours, water and chemicals involved in Holi celebrations can prove to be harmful for your nails. While even a basic manicure is the safest and easiest option to save your nails, you can also use these tips at hand.

The first thing you have to do is apply at least two or more layers of transparent nail paint coats on your nail art or your extensions. After these coats are dried up and settled, you should then apply cuticle oil, Vaseline petroleum jelly, olive oil, or coconut oil over it.

Later, when you are done with the Holi party, remove it with acetone or a nail paint remover. Also, apply cuticle oil on and around your nails for moisturising and nail care purposes. This method can also be used to protect the inner part between the nail and your finger.
