AN exercise enthusiast has shared how her outfit choice left her feeling embarrassed when she visited a new gym.
She opted for fashionable clothes that she had previously worn in her hometown as she went to work out at a new location.

Chloe Trca (@chloetrca) has over 254,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her love of health and fitness.
She took to the social media platform to reveal how her choice of gym clothes divided opinions.
“Mistakes were made, mistakes were really made,” a voiceover said.
Chloe stood in the middle of the gym wearing figure-hugging leggings and a white sports bra with chunky sneakers.

The text over the video read: “Showing up in my skin-colored booty scrunch leggings and sports bra, forgetting I’m not in my hometown gym but actually a retirement community gym full of the 55+.”
She revealed that not everyone was impressed with her choice of outfit, which gave the illusion of being half-naked.
She captioned the post: “It’s either smile & waves or glares as I run by.”
Almost 31,000 people watched the video and it received thousands of likes.

A top commenter admitted they had experienced a similar mortifying experience when wearing nude-colored clothes.

She had been wearing a graphic print crop top and black leggings when disaster struck.
She was blissfully unaware that the back of her leggings split during her workout and that she had been flashing her bum to everyone who she walked past.
