Maria (@thefitnesschick) shared the video with over 80,000 TikTok followers.

The influencer squatted weights as she broke down her glute routine.

“Want to keep that booty tight and lifted after 50?” she said.

She squatted weights, leaning into a lunge as she went down with the weight.

“Try these two booty-burning exercises,” she said, recommending 15-20 reps for four sets.

Moving on to mat exercises, she lifted one leg and rotated onto her other side, making sure to keep her butt off the floor.

Like the first exercise, she recommended 20 reps for a set of four.
