According to Julianne Hough, October is still bikini season. She just dropped a new Instagram post of herself flaunting her seriously shredded abs and butt in a cute ‘suit, and I think it’s safe to say that she’s stronger than ever.
The Dancing with the Stars co-host shared a makeup-free video of herself hanging out in a lagoon while lip syncing to “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. (I mean, who among us hasn’t done the same?) She showed off her toned abs and arms as she bobbed in and out of the water.
“Channeling my inner little mermaid for Disney Night on @dancingwiththestars this week!! 🌊🐠🦀,” Julianne wrote in the caption. Her fans cheered her on in the comments. “You’re a real life Ariel,” said one person, while another wrote, “Yess queen ❤️.”
But that’s not all—Julianne also dropped some epic content on her Instagram story. She reposted a TikTok where she’s perched on some moss-covered rocks for more Ariel vibes. And, of course, she’s flashing those sculpted abs in the process:
The video is followed by a photo on her IG story showing just how strong she is. In it, Julianne raises her chiseled legs and arm in a V-shape, showing off her total eight-pack (and toned booty).
So, how does Julianne stay so strong? Well, the 35-year-old actress is also a professional dancer, and she even whips out moves on the fly.
Check her out dancing in sync with her brother, fellow pro dancer Derek Hough:
Julianne is also active in her day-to-day life, hiking, paddleboarding, and rafting for kicks:
Plus, Julianne learned to ride waves at Surf Ranch (a man-made wave pool in California) last month and completely aced it:
In addition to all of that movement, Julianne works out five days a week and loves exercising in the morning, she previously told Women’s Health in 2019. She enjoys SoulCycle, hot power yoga, and weight training. “If I don’t move my body in the morning, I have a fine day,” she said. “If I move it first thing, I have an excellent day.”
Oh, and Julianne is also the founder of KINRGY, a fitness platform that combines tai chi, cardio, and strength training. Each session is a 45-minute workout designed to make you stronger physically and mentally.

On the food front, Julianne told WH that she likes to start her day with celery juice, followed by a shake with avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein power, blueberries, and a banana. For the rest of her meals, she said she likes to switch things up with an emphasis on eating healthy.
Keep crushing it, Julianne!
