NORTH FORK, NY — August 22 will mark 10 years since Mattituck’s Kaitlyn Doorhy, 20, died while away at college — and this year, as they have every year since her unthinkable loss, a crowd will gather for an event to honor her forever legacy.

She continues to find ways to bring us together. We have responded by showing the best of courage, strength and determination.”
