Kanye West‘s daughter, North — whom he shares with ex-wife, Kim Kardashian — has become quite the personality, drawing media attention independently of her parents.
In recent clips that have surfaced from Hulu’s hit show, The Kardashians, the precocious 10-year-old can be seen roasting Met Gala outfits worn by her mother, her mother’s ex Pete Davidson, and even Yung Miami.

“You’re going to the Met Gala, Pete, not the gas station!” she says of Davidson’s black-and-white fit. Kardashian isn’t safe from her daughter’s arrows, who remarked that her mother’s outfit “could be just a little bit better.”
Even Yung Miami comes under fire, with North accusing her of “copying my mom with those pearls.” North does, however, remark that the City Girl is “pretty.”

North West’s career as a fashion critic, however, may be short-lived.
Earlier this month, North appeared on the cover of I-D, which was accompanied by a profile on the young up-and-comer. There she professed her career aspirations, revealing that one of her goals is to follow in her dad’s footsteps as a rapper. But the 10-year-old also has hoop dreams, she shared.

“A basketball player, a rapper, um…,” North answered when asked what she wants to be when she grows up. “Well, when I was seven, I wanted to be a boxer. But now I don’t want to be a boxer.”
She continued: “I’m going to do art on the side. When I’m, like, thirteen, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive.”

North also has an entrepreneurial spirit, with hopes of taking over and running her parents’ respective lucrative brands one day.
“So, a rapper, a basketball player, and I’m going to make artwork that I sell,” she added. “Also, one day I want to own Yeezy and SKIMS, and I want to be a business owner.”

Elsewhere in the interview, North explained that she doesn’t look at basketball as a hobby, but as a lifestyle choice which she loves “so much.”
On a previous episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed that North prefers to sleep over at Ye’s house rather than her Calabasas mansion.
While many might enjoy the perks of a private chef or security guard inside a swanky estate, the 10-year-old has expressed that, since her parents’ divorce, she prefers the simplicity and normality of life with Kanye.
“North, she’ll go to her dad’s. She’ll be like, ‘Dad, is the best! He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny, he doesn’t have a chef, he doesn’t have security, he lives in an apartment,’” Kim said. “She’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment!’”

One fan responded to the scene by saying they hope Kim Kardashian can understand that it’s about the lifestyle rather than the physical space.
“I don’t think she’s literally upset about the lack of an apartment lol,” the commenter wrote. “She’s upset about the lifestyle. I hope her mom understands that and can address it appropriately.”
