Lila Nikole, Latina Fashion Designer Celebrated By Art of Hip Hop
Local Latina Grammy Award-winning fashion designer Lila Nikole is celebrating her successful career with a new exclusive event. Art of Hip Hop is set to host the event, and Lalo Tequila will sponsor. It will take place at Art of Hip Hop (AOHH), 299 NW 25th St., Miami (Wynwood). On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM. The highly anticipated moment of the evening will be an exciting panel discussion. It is named the “Intersection of Hip Hop Music and Fashion,” which will be a discussion featuring not only Lila Nikole but also DJ Dinero. Supa Cindy, also known as the Voice of Miami, will moderate.
The panel will explore the symbiotic relationship between hip-hop and fashion, delving into how these two cultural forces influence and inspire each other. A surprise unveiling will also take place, selling limited-edition, reversible bucket hats designed exclusively for Art of Hip Hop. Two unique designs will be available for purchase. For $32.00 at the event, the attendees have a chance to own a piece of the designer’s fashion history.

Born in Queens, New York Lila Nikole Rivera is an esteemed American costume designer. Founder of the Lila Nikole Collection. She made history as the first Latin costume designer to manage the wardrobe for The Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2021. The Weeknd, a well-known singer, headlined.
Nikole has previously showcased her designs in plenty of highly esteemed fashion events and magazines. She displayed her work in New York Fashion Week, and publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Sports Illustrated have featured her work. She has also helped style top-ranking, A-List celebrities like Will Smith, Kim Kardashian, Cardi B, Gigi Hadid, and Serena Williams. Her collaborations in the industry have featured NFL and NBA teams. Nikole has also served as the lead wardrobe stylist for some of the best TV programs.
