Lily Allen shows off her new pastel pink bob haircut as she steps out in New York City after completing her run in The Pillowman
Lily Allen showed off her new hairdo on Monday as she stepped out in New York City after completing her run in The Pillowman in London.
The singer, 38, debuted her pink pastel coloured locks, that she had cut into a sharp bob with a heavy fringe.
She cut a laidback figure as she strolled down the street in a black button-up jumper while listening to music on her phone.
Lily also sported a pair of blue denim jeans and casual white trainers, while carrying a large brown tote bag.
She shielded her eyes behind a pair of black sunglasses and carried a copy of Ann Patchett’s new novel Tom Lake.
She returned to New York last week after her final performance in The Pillowman at London’s Duke Of York Theatre.
It comes after Lily and her husband David Harbour celebrated their third wedding anniversary on Thursday.
Taking a walk down memory lane, the singer-songwriter shared a photo of the couple all decked out in their wedding outfits moments after making their union legal at the famed Graceland Wedding Chapel in 2020.
Lily was absolutely glowing in a white 1960s-inspired Dior dress with a matching bridal veil that fell down to her back in two layers and black suede heels.
Captioning the snap, she joked: ‘3 years with this guy, 2nd best decision I ever made. 1st was that dress.’
The low-key ceremony was officiated by Elvis Presley impersonator and chapel co-owner Brendan Paul.
Not long after becoming husband and wife under the laws of Nevada a wedding reception of sorts was held at a local In-N-Out fast food burger joint..
Lily was captured eating one of the establishment’s famed double-doubles in one of the photos, while another showed them eating outside near the parking lot.
The couple was first linked romantically in January 2019 when they attended the BAFTA Tea Party together.
Later in November of the same year, the Somewhere Only We know star was photographed wearing an engagement ring.
Since tying the knot in September 2020, which was during the initial wave of COVID-19, David has taken on the role of stepfather to Lily’s two daughters Ethel, 11, and Marnie, 10.
The actor joked at the time: ‘I’m in a relationship with three women who all have very different opinions of me at various times.’
He then took a more serious tone when discussing how ‘making that kind of a commitment’ to the girls was ‘a huge thing for me.’
He added: ‘And it just makes you feel a little bit more like a man, to be honest. I just feel a little bit more like an adult.’
