Martial arts instructor Sifu Mandarino to teach a free introductory Women’s Self Defense Class

On Tuesday, October 3, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, accomplished martial arts instructor Sifu Norman Mandarino will teach a free introductory Women’s Self Defense Class at Mandarin Kung Fu (590 Cayuga Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225).

Sifu Mandarino, who has five decades of martial arts and self-defense educational experience under his belt, notes that these types of classes give women confidence, while instilling in them empowering skills and principles that will help them throughout the course of their lives.

“Safety and self-confidence are at the core of what we teach at Mandarin Kung Fu,” says Sifu Mandarino. “I believe that everyone should have access to fundamental self-defense knowledge. It’s not just about physical skills; it’s about feeling empowered in any situation. Through martial arts, we not only learn to defend ourselves physically but also cultivate inner strength and self-assurance. We aim to provide women with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance their personal safety. Our goal is to foster a sense of confidence and capability in every participant.”
