Royce O’Neale recently shared holiday photos that officially confirmed his relationship with actress Paige Hurd. Fans were quick to react, expressing their surprise at the Phoenix Suns player being linked to the actress.
Hurd, who is the goddaughter of the late rapper DMX, is well-known for her roles on TV shows like “Everybody Hates Chris” as Tasha Clarkson, “Hawaii Five-O” as Samantha Grover and “Power Book II: Ghost” as Lauren Baldwin.

Fans on X (formerly Twitter) had a field day with their humorous comments, many poking fun at how being an NBA player with wealth can lead to connections with popular women. O’Neale is in the first year of a four-year, $42 million contract with the Suns.

Some fans were particularly amazed by a photo where O’Neale was sitting on top of Hurd.

Royce O’Neale having career-best season for the Suns
Royce O’Neale, who signed a four-year, $42 million deal to return to the Phoenix Suns as a free agent during the offseason, was acquired in a trade from the Brooklyn Nets.
In his first full season with the Suns, O’Neale is enjoying a career-high 10.5 points per game and shooting a career-best 44.1% from 3. He’s started nine games for the Suns, who have faced a number of injuries this season.
O’Neale, unfortunately, was also hit by the injury bug. The Suns announced on Tuesday that he will be re-evaluated in 10 days after suffering a left ankle sprain during Saturday’s loss to Golden State.

The injury occurred during the first half of the game when O’Neale blocked a Dennis Schroder layup in transition. He left the arena wearing a walking boot.
