Thousands of Sports Illustrated snaps featuring models in “various states of undress” have vanished.
Their disappearance coincided with a botched corporate reshuffle as the New York-based magazine changed hands earlier this year. The missing pictures which weren’t “meant for public consumption” include lewd images of Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi Hadid and even Martha Stewart among many other A-listers.
According to the Daily Mail some of the pictures are said to include wardrobe malfunctions, meaning there are intimate body parts visible through sheer garments that would usually be edited out in the final images.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
“We’ve no idea where the Polaroids are,” an insider told Page Six. “We don’t even know if they’re in New York.” The source added most of the women would have believed the Polaroids would only be handled and viewed by Sports Illustrated’s all-female staff.
During the changeover of the magazine, very expensive designer swimsuits also went missing. The mishap of missing garms and Polaroids allegedly occurred when ownership of Sport’s Illustrated was transferred from Five Hour Energy drink billionaire Manoj Bhargava.
Sources added the magazine had asked Bhargava for the items back, which he promised to “look into” but has since gone quiet.
If the missing snaps get into the wrong hands, all manner of grim leaks could occur of countless Hollywood stars.
Over the decades, hundreds of famous faces have graced the pages of Sports Illustrated.
In May 2024, Dr Nina Cash, 57, from California, was crowned as one of the seven winners featured in the 60th Anniversary issue of Sports Illustrated, proving age is but a number in the process.
After hanging up her modelling boots in 2022, Nina felt a pull towards re-visiting her roots. Towards the end of that same year, she rolled the dice and submitted an application to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Search 2023.
Nina revealed: “To my surprise, I made it to the top 24 contenders, then advanced to the top 12, and eventually to the final seven. Finally, I was overjoyed to be named one of the co-winners, earning the opportunity to appear in the prestigious 60th Anniversary Issue in May 2024.”
