Nia Archives brings the people together in her “Bad Gyalz” video

Nia Archives has shared the video for her new song “Bad Gyalz.” The video runs with the idea of friendship, showing different groups of women coming together to rave with the jungle DJ and producer. Check it out below.

Speaking about the new song and video in a statement, Nia Archives says: “I was on my way to the studio with Clipz listening to Ranking Ann who is one of my fave MCs – period. And then I was just thinking about the fact that like whenever I go to one of my shows, it’s like 85% women age 18 -25 which is so amazing! And they are all baddies, absolute junglists. So I wanted to make a song that represents that and the women that come to my raves.”

“Bad Gyalz” follows Nia Archives’ “Off Wiv Ya Headz” and a remix of Jorja Smith’s “Little Things.” Her Sunrise Bang Ya Head AgainstTha Wall EP was released in March.

To celebrate the release of “Bad Gyalz”, Nia will play a one-off day show in London this Sunday (August 6). She’ll be joined at 60 Dock Road in east London by DJ Flight, PXSSY PALACE, Sim0ne, Izzy Bossy and more. She is also scheduled to perform at III Points in Miami this October.
