Nicki Minaj holds the crown for Hottest Female Rapper in the game above the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Sexyy Red and more – at least according to a new ranking from Billboard.
On Monday (June 5), the publication released a list of 10 women in rap based on stats from what it said was “the first six months of 2024,” though it’s to be noted that only five months have gone by.

Billboard’s criteria for their ranking were based on “quality of records, chart success, buzz within the culture, notable business endeavors and partnerships, and touring success.” They plan to revisit the list in December and go over the overall stats before crowning a full 2024 winner.
Minaj holds down the top spot, with her successful Pink Friday 2 World Tour and its namesake album as to reasons why. Behind her in the top 3 are Sexyy at No. 2 and Meg at No. 3.

After teasing the additional stops by revealing the cities, she announced 22 more stops in an Instagram post on May 29.
The trek will kick off in September in Philadelphia and hit major cities across the United States including Washington, DC, Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles and more before wrapping up in her hometown of Queens in October.
The prior leg didn’t have an official LA stop as the New York native’s performance at Rolling Loud served as her SoCal date, so she’s making up for it this round with back-to-back nights in the City of Angels.
“We did it, Barbz,” she wrote when she first announced the second leg. “The first US leg of the #PinkFriday2 #GAGCITY TOUR was SO SUCCESSFUL, I was offered a 2nd leg beginning in SEPTEMBER [celebratory emojis] Sign up now & tkts will go on sale in a few more days.”
