– Rihanna To Reportedly Go On World Tour To Perform New Album

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – SEPTEMBER 12: Rihanna performs onstage during Rihanna’s 5th Annual Diamond Ball Benefitting The Clara Lionel Foundation at Cipriani Wall Street on September 12, 2019 in New York City.

Rihanna’s musical reign is reportedly getting a breath of new life. According to The Daily Mirror, Rihanna is planning a world tour.

“Rihanna is quietly planning a comeback tour after signing with Live Nation,” an insider said. “The deal was created to facilitate a world tour and her creative team is quietly at work in Los Angeles putting it all together as she raises her family.”

The source also stated that the singer has two albums worth of recordings ready to go whenever she sees fit to release. The tour, however, is reportedly set to take place between 2024 and 2025.

Rihanna’s Recent Live Performances

While Rihanna hasn’t released an album since 2016’s Anti, the Bajan singer has been putting on for her live performances. Her biggest one to date was her historical performance at the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show back in February. The singer performed a medley of her greatest hits, including “Rude Boy,” “Bitch Better Have My Money,” “Run This Town,” and more, before ending with “Diamonds.” Her performance is the most-watched Super Bowl Halftime show in history, with 121 million live viewers. Rihanna’s singing was not the only part of her performance that made headlines. The singer revealed at the top of the show by quickly rubbing her belly that she was pregnant with her and A$AP Rocky’s second child. The couple just welcomed their second son together Riot Rose back in August. Their first child, RZA, was born in May 2022.

The Super Bowl was not the only place that Rihanna performed in front of a live audience as of late. The Anti creator performed her Oscar-nominated song “Lift Me Up” at theOscars this year. The song was a part of the soundtrack of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

As for new music, the singer teased that fans should look out for a new project dropping sometime this year. “It’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year,” she told British Vogue back in March. “But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos,” she said.
