Roberto Cavalli is New Bond Street’s latest arrival

New Bond Street continues to be a magnet for luxury brands and the latest big name to open there is Roberto Cavalli, with a debut at number 149.

This follows its recent boutique opening in Las Vegas at the Encore at Wynn.

The new London location is in a historic building, spread across several rooms on two floors and covering around 800 sq m.

The first thing visitors see is a gate in brushed natural brass, with a laser-cut zebra pattern, and a large LED wall in the foyer. 

The store features women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, couture, and interiors collections with various rooms decorated with natural oak flooring, animal print carpets, boiserie and furnishings in lacquered white, brushed and polished natural brass, plus mirrored walls complemented by the brand’s own furnishings and carpets.

The first room shoppers arrive at carries high-margin products such as bags, shoes, and accessories for men and women. This is also the entry point into the central hall that has a historic skylight embellished with two grand Murano glass chandeliers that illuminate the ready-to-wear collections for men and women.

A staircase leads to the home offer on the first floor and the journey continues in an all-white room with a view of New Bond Street, concluding in a VIP room showcasing the couture collection.
