CAREGIVER PROGRAM: The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter has a new caregiver relief program called The Jan and Josephine Castora Family Caregiver Relief Program, which pays for agency caregivers to assist families needing help caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.

JCC MEAL PROGRAM: The Jewish Community Center of Youngstown and Jewish Family and Community Services offers fully prepared, frozen meals to anyone in Mahoning and Trumbull counties for home delivery or pickup. The kosher-style meals are cooked by JCC staff and include an entree and two sides. The cost per meal is $6, with a five-meal minimum.

SCSEP OFFERS JOBS: The Vantage Aging Senior Community Service Employment Program offers paid job training and placement to low-income adults.
