While this summer has certainly been full of ups and downs for Sofía Vergara, she had the night of her life at a Karol G concert with her friends over the weekend. The Modern Family star, 51, danced the night away in a corset top and ripped jeans that showed off her strong arms and toned booty. She shared multiple videos and photos from the concert on her Instagram, and she clearly was having a GNO to remember.
“Tr amamoos @karolg 💗💗,” she captioned the video. Sofía’s famous friends were obsessed with her moves. Model Alessandra Ambrosio commented, “🔥”, while influencer Francia James wrote, “Love ❤️”. Comedian Maz Jobrani also chimed in with, “Go girrrrrl!”

Curious to know more about Sofía’s health and wellness habits? Well, besides dancing at concerts, Sofía definitely likes to get her body moving at the gym. And by the looks of her social media, she’s been making plenty of time for her workouts this month.
In August, she shared a video on Instagram of herself getting in a booty-centric gym workout with her sister Claudia, her girlfriend Margarita and her trainer Natalia Botero. In the video, Sofía is using a booty band to do some single leg lifts to target her glutes.
Sofía got in another workout with her sister and trainer Natalia, which she also shared on IG. This time, they worked on her booty and thighs while using ankle weights, and on her upper body (targeting her triceps) using a resistance loop band.
Her trainer Natalia is clearly proud of her hard work in the gym, and reposted a video showing off Sofía’s “booty like an apple” in a pair of jeans.
The actress has also worked with trainer Jennifer Yates, who told People, “We work out at least five times a week for 50 minutes to an hour, depending on her schedule.”
And the two loved to focus on lower body movements. “She loves working the butt,” Yates shared. “We do a lot of squats and deadlifts and a lunges [on the machine], and we do a lot of things off the machine as well. Recently we’ve been combining some of the heavier weights for the lower body because she’s trying to put a little more mass on, so we’ve been doing a lot of work with kettle bells. She’s really strong!”
After their workouts, Yates would have Sofía refuel with protein. “Diet is 80 percent of staying in shape and being healthy. Eat protein within 45 minutes after working out to let your muscles recover and repair, and drink lots of water!” she also told People.
