The Hopkins County Health Care Foundation is anticipating a sellout crowd for the 5th annual Designer Handbag Bingo planned for Thursday, August 8. Judging by the rate the sponsorships are being reserved, it may sell out in record time.
There are four levels of sponsorships offered. A $2,500 Luxury Bag Sponsorship includes a frontrow reserved table with 8 bingo packets. Sponsors’ names and logos will be displayed next to the designer bags, sponsors’ logos will be printed in the program, and sponsors’ names will be announced from the podium.
The $1,500 Tote Sponsorship includes a premium reserved table with eight bingo packets. Sponsors’ names and logos will be displayed next to the designer bags, the sponsors’ logos will be printed in the program, and the sponsors’ names will be announced from the podium.
A $500 Satchel Sponsorship is a bag sponsor only, with no tickets. The sponsors’ names will appear next to the bags, printed in the program, and acknowledged from the podium.
A $250 Clutch Sponsorship is a bag sponsor with no tickets. The sponsors will receive the same marketing benefits as with a Satchel Sponsorship.
The level of sponsorship determines the value of the bag being sponsored. Past designers have included favorites such as Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Hobo, YSL, Brighton, Gucci, Tory Burch, and Kate Spade.
Approximately 570 women (and men) will attend the event and enjoy the fun of bingo and great designer handbags.
Proceeds of the event will be used to fund the annual free mammography clinic for uninsured Hopkins County women over the age of 40. Details about the clinic will be publicized in September.
