The cool girl-beloved fashion label once again teamed up with minimalist beauty brand Merit to give models a bright and bouncy, dewy skin look that compliments Proenza Schouler’s modern, streamlined silhouettes full of rich textural play. To celebrate this perfect pairing, Proenza Schouler and Merit collaborated on an oh-so-chic, limited-edition, luxury vegan leather makeup bag, which is available for pre-order today at Moda Operandi.
Merit is a makeup brand that’s all about essentials. The line includes just nine color cosmetics, including cream blush, a complexion stick, buttery bronzer, and more; plus one face serum and two makeup brushes. Each product is offered in inclusive shades, but not so many that it’s overwhelming to find a nude lipstick or foundation that works with your undertones. Proenza Schouler first enlisted Merit for its fall 2022 show at New York Fashion Week, coinciding with the launch of Merit’s first lipstick — a collection of ’90s-inspired shades that were carefully color-tested to align with fair to deep skin tones in neutral and bold hues.
