Trolls say I look ‘unnatural’ after 20 plastic surgeries but I think I look hot

A 38-YEAR-OLD who’s gone under the knife a whopping 20 times, with her butt implants almost falling out, has hit back at trolls who reckon she looks ‘unnatural’.

At 38, Nasrin Cornfield-Smith, has changed her appearance and body with plastic surgery more than once – some of the enhancements include two rhinoplasties, a surgical lip lift, jawline filler and fat transfer.

Although many celebs and influencers remain quiet about the work they’ve had done, the young woman has been very open about her obsession with beauty, regularly sharing stories on TikTok.

Unfortunately for Nasrin, from the UK, it hasn’t always gone well, as once she found her booty implants almost falling out – and the horrific experience is not for the faint-hearted.

”I had bum implants done and then about four weeks later the incision started opening and the implant started to come out,” the aesthetic practitioner bravely shared on her platform.

Mortified, she immediately booked a flight to see the specialist responsible for the horor and it was decided the woman would need to have the implants removed.

”I can honestly say as someone who’s had a lot of surgery done – I never complain about it, I never moan – oh dear Lord, that was the worst surgery I have ever had done.

”Worst recovery, worst surgery, would never do it again” she vowed in the video.

”The discomfort was unreal.

”Thankfully, the bum is healed now.”

But although Nasrin may be all happy with her booty and figure now, cruel trolls on social media share a slightly different opinion and insist she looked fake.

”It looks so unnatural,” reckoned one person.

”You can’t possibly think that looks good,” another chimed in, whilst a third noted the proportions were off.

”It don’t match the legs,” the viewer said after Nasrin showed off her glutes.

Luckily for the 38-year-old, who’s also had plenty of fans praising her honesty, it seems that none of the negative remarks bother her – and she even had a message to all the meanies.

According to Nasrin, the end goal was not to appear natural – in fact, it’s the total opposite.

Speaking of her butt, the woman said: ”I didn’t want it to look natural, so that’s good then.”

Nasrin, who’s been hooked on filler since the age of 18, has also spoken about the importance of being transparent about beauty enhancements, especially on such a large platform.

“I think it’s important to be brutally honest and transparent about these things, in a world where the expectation of beauty standards is already set so high.

“I’ve had a temporal brow lift, I’ve done this twice.

“I’ve had upper blepharoplasty, I’ve had lower blepharoplasty and I’ve also had canthopexy.

“I’ve had two rhinoplasties, I’ve had a surgical lip lift, I’ve also had anti-wrinkle injections in three areas.

“I’ve had cheek fillers, I’ve had chin filler and I’ve had jawline filler.

“I also have anti-wrinkle injections and I’ve had lip filler.

“I’ve also had fat transfer, in the areas that I’m pointing to as well [under eye, nasolabial folds, eyelid, forehead].”
