Every summer, Gabrielle Union and her family go on what she’s dubbed the “Wade World Tour,” and the Instagram snaps from their travels are kind of everything. Well, the 50-year-old just dropped a full photo dump from the fam’s time in France and, naturally, it’s bringing all the best outtakes from the Wade World Tour.

In one pic, there’s Gabrielle and her husband Dwyane Wade cuddling on the bow of a boat, as the Bring It On alum flashes her toned booty in a bright red thong bikini; Next up is Gabrielle literally glowing as she clutches a beer and watches Dwyane sing; Then their daughter Kaavia raising a can of Coke on the boat; Gabrielle strolling towards the camera in a form-fitting black dress with a robe billowing behind her; And a bunch of shots of Gabrielle working the coolest purple and pink bikini, accessorized with a little underboob, sculpted abs, and strong legs.

Basically, Gabrielle and her fam are having the best time ever on vacation. “Ride the wave 🌊 🇫🇷 #WadeWorldTour2023,” she wrote in the caption. Her friends and fans absolutely freaked out in the comments section, as they should.

Gabrielle previously told Women’s Health that she’s big on Pilates. “The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,” she said. ” My body responds to it, and I’m also more clear.”

Gabrielle said she can get “anxiety” staring at her treadmill, so she likes to mix up her cardio. “Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes,” she told WH.

By the way, Gabrielle said she usually does three 50-minute workouts a week, and makes sure to keep two moves in heavy rotation: squats and lunges. “They’ve never really failed,” she said.

But you won’t catch the actress doing these moves in a workout class, because she’s made it very clear that she’s just not into them. “I’ve tried kickboxing, cardio barre, I’ve tried a SoulCycle class…I’m not a class person,” she said.

As for her diet, Gabrielle shared what she eats in a day on IG in June, and it looks delicious. There’s Gabrielle tucking into a plate of gluten-free pancakes, along with a seasonal fruit platter; Gabrielle noshing on collard greens, shaved fennel, arugula, avocado, and apple in a salad with a Champagne vinaigrette. For dinner, she had braised short ribs with a garlic cauliflower puree, roasted broccolini, heirloom carrots, and crispy sweet potatoes.
