Whip Salon CT Donates over $1,000 to Ann’s Place

Whip Salon held a “Hair Raiser” fundraising event in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness earlier this month. The salon’s combined Connecticut location raised over $1,000 for Ann’s Place in Danbury.  Ann’s Place offers professional counseling, support groups, wellness activities and educational resources to thousands of people facing cancer, all at no charge.

“Giving back to our community is an important part of our mission at Whip Salon,” said owner Amy Pal. “We are pleased to have the opportunity to make this contribution to Ann’s Place, to show our support for their help to patients and families that are fighting cancer in our community.”

“Because of contributions like this one, Ann’s Place can offer ou free cancer support services,” said Jack Bouffard, Event Specialist of Ann’s Place. “We are grateful for this generous contribution.”
