Team HELLO!

Kareena Kapoor Khan is a bonafide style icon. But, if you want to learn how to look like a literal queen and add more old-money staples to your wardrobe, then she also makes for an excellent person to look towards for fashion inspiration.

While Bebo manages to always drop our jaws when she first takes over the screen, off-duty her style can be best described as comfy chic. From kaftans to flowy co-ord sets and boxy button downs, the actress is always dressed in the cosiest outfits. One of her staple looks for when she is travelling usually comprise wearing button-downs with relaxed-fit trousers, with a Ralph Lauren sweaters and oxford shoes.

Kareena Kapoor Khan has mastered the art of feeling relaxed yet put together all too well. And so, when we spot her in a good fit, we simply have to talk about it. Her ensembles are never loud, but just like the quiet luxury aesthetic, they channel her royalty in a subtle yet impactful way.

A large part of the reason she always ends up looking so polished and suave is because she usually completes her relaxed fit with a bag that’s so chic and elusive, it sends the Twitterati on a scavenger hunt across the internet. For instance, when Kareena Kapoor celebrated Father’s Day in London with her husband Saif Ali Khan and sons Taimur and Jehan, the actor wore her trademark relaxed fit for a day around town. But the most interesting part of her outfit is the beautiful tan sling bag wrapped around her. It’s the ‘Pin Daily Surpique’ bag is by the luxury Belgian brand, Delvaux, which costs a staggering €3,650!

For anyone who isn’t a fashion nerd, Delvaux is the oldest luxury label in the world to deal in leathered goods. Founded in 1829, the brand is actually a year older than the Kingdom of Belgium! And ever since it’s creation, Delvaux has stayed at the forefront due to their attention to detail, unmatched quality and excellent craftsmanship.

The logo or the branding is not instantly recognisable is the ultimate nod to the old-money aesthetic this label represents. However, those who know, know. For example, all the bonafide ‘it girls’ from Rihanna to Kim Ji-Won and even Celine Dion.

As for Kareena, the actor casually sported the bag while wearing a white shirt under a knit swear from Ralph Lauren, along with a pair of straight-leg denims which are tucked at the hem and brown booties. Even though the look is basic, Kareena, as always, looks like a million bucks! Through snaps posted on the ‘Gram, the Nawab and Begum looked like an ideal old-money family and we love to see it!
