How to achieve Isha Ambani’s classy black French nail art
Isha Ambani wore an Anamika Khanna outfit for Met Gala 2025, and it was that corset bustier with all the embroidery and the stunning train that was rightly the highlight of the outfit, along with the jewellery of course, because that’s how Ambani’s roll, isn’t it?
In addition, the makeup and hair were both sleek, serving the right kind of ‘lewk’ that we’ve always loved her to do. Meanwhile, the black French nails also had their moment and celebrity manicurist Julia, who did them, recently spoke about it too.
Julia went on to reveal that she used the Gel Couleur by Apres Nail and worked with two shades – one of them being ‘French Black’ while the other was a nude shade, which is called ‘Forgotten Film’.
If you want to try the exact nail colour, then these two colours are all you need, and the best part? They each cost about Rs 1,250 (14.99 US Dollars), so both would be around Rs 2,500 and that’s quite a bargain.

Isha’s pearl and diamond necklace added further regality to that look; however, it has history and that’s what truly stood apart. The legendary Toussaint necklace was inspired by a necklace of Raja Ranjitsinhji Vibhaji Jadeja of Nawanagar.
The original necklace, meanwhile, had many gemstones and in multiple colours, and the centre of attention was ‘Queen of Holland diamond’, weighing around 136.25 carats.
Isha looked no less than a queen, didn’t she? Well, we love it for sure!
