Seventy years ago, Clarabell the Clown, clad in floppy shoes and a baggy costume, starred in the children’s “Howdy Doody Show.” He communicated by honking a horn. Fast forward to 2025. Clarabell the canine makes her wishes known with grunts, licks and tail wags. Her assets include friendliness and the two C’s ― cuddlebug and couch potato. She needs special shampoo and ear cleaner as part of her grooming regimen, a small price to pay for loyalty and love. When you visit and adopt Clarabell, she’ll reward you with her unique happy dance.

Imagine a tasty summer treat ― a thick, frothy milkshake, the perfect cooler during a hot, Florida afternoon. Another cool treat, a cat named Milkshake is ready to mix it up with her forever family. Milkshake took some detours en route to SPCA Florida. She was found in a church parking lot then rescued by a no-kill coalition and ultimately landed at the adoption center. Following a few dental extractions and facial tumor removal, this affectionate cat is ready to navigate the final leg of her journey ― a one-way trip to her future family.
