Rita Ora is looking like a ’90s-inspired queen, and it is time for the rest of the world to take notes. The singer recently rocked a black cut-out dress and she is seriously strong all over.
The 32-year-old singer dropped some pictures on Instagram in the skintight black gown that showed off her sculpted abs and underboob. She turned to the side in another photo, revealing her super-toned booty, which was peeking out under the dress’s high slit. Rita wore her curls piled on top of her hair in a chic updo, and paired it with a brown lipstick, and a lipliner that is very reminiscent of the 1990s.
In the caption, she was promoting The Voice (AU), where she’s a judge. “Who’s watching the voice so far? Any artists [you’re] already in love with? Let me know in the comments below!” People loved the look on Rita, and weren’t afraid to talk about it. “you’re ready to wear the crown once again!! đź‘‘,” wrote one follower. “The only reason I watch ‘The Voice,'” another fan commented.

The “Let You Love Me” singer is also a fan of Pilates, which is known to increase flexibility, and tone and strengthen the whole body, especially the core. Plus, Rita likes to make exercise easy by traveling with light dumbbells, ankle weights, and a resistance band, per WH UK.
“If I can’t do a workout, I just use the ankle weights and wear them when we’re around town, or at home,” she said. You go, Rita!
It’s safe to say that Rita stays active, so obviously, she has to make sure to eat well and stay fueled up. The star said she told Shape that she follows a pretty regimented eating plan.
“With the plan I’m on, you can eat quite a bit as long as you exercise,” Rita said. “In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks.” She also drinks one and a half or two liters of water a day, per WH UK.
